ゴム栓洗浄・滅菌・乾燥装置をはじめ、EU GMP Annex 1に対応した無菌搬送システム、パウダー搬送システムなど、製薬業界向けの設備・システムの開発、設計、製造からアフターサービスまで、一貫したソリューションを提供しています。

また、製薬業界向けの器具洗浄機として、スイスのHamo-KKS社製cGMP対応洗浄機を取り扱うほか、Borer Chemie社の製薬用洗浄剤を用いた洗浄サービスも提供しています。ルージュやシリコンなどの難洗浄物の除去をはじめ、お客様の洗浄課題に合わせたソリューションをご提案します。

Atec Japan K.K. was established in 2015 as the Japanese and Asian hub of Atec Pharmatechnik GmbH, headquartered in Sörup, Germany, where its main manufacturing facility is also located.
We provide comprehensive solutions for the pharmaceutical industry, covering the development, engineering, manufacturing, and after-sales service of pharmaceutical equipment and systems. Our product portfolio includes rubber stopper washing, sterilization and drying systems, as well as sterile transfer systems and powder transfer systems designed in accordance with EU GMP Annex 1.
Atec systems have been widely adopted by pharmaceutical companies not only in Europe and the United States, but also throughout Japan and other Asian countries. Our flexible engineering capabilities and high-quality German technology enable us to meet a wide range of customer requirements and have earned us a strong reputation and the trust of our customers.
In addition, we offer cGMP-compliant washing machines from Hamo-KKS in Switzerland for pharmaceutical applications. We also provide cleaning solutions using pharmaceutical-grade detergents from Borer Chemie, including services for the removal of rouge, silicone, and other difficult-to-remove residues.
